Mr. Posthauer has 25 years of experience in the construction industry with roles that include President, Vice President, Project Manager, Pre-Construction Director and Estimator.  Mr. Posthauer’s experience includes multi-family housing projects, hospitality/restaurant  projects, academic/lab projects, government/historic projects, corporate/office projects, church projects and retail projects totaling $2.5 billion.

Mr. Posthauer is a 1985 graduate of Purdue University, West Lafayette, Indiana with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Building Construction Management.  He holds General Contractors Licenses in Georgia, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia and Tennessee.

Mr. Posthauer is currently the Development Chairperson and a member of the Board of Directors of The Swift School.  He has also been an active member of the Men’s Fund Raising Committee for The Rally Foundation since 2007.  Mr. Posthauer has been the Chairman of the TCR National Construction Standards Committee, a member of the Construction Reporting Committee and the National Insurance Committee.  He was one of the guest speakers at the 2001 and 2004 ULI  Workshops in Atlanta, GA.  He has also been the company representative speaker for all Trammell Crow Residential operating construction divisions at the annual partners meeting in Vail, CO in 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2008.  Mr. Posthauer was the 1999 recipient of the President’s Award of Excellence for outstanding contribution at Winter Construction Company.  He served a three-year term in 1995 as a board member for the Georgia Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) in Atlanta, GA.
