Mr. Dave Power (Vice President - Atlanta) is a leader in negotiating and constructing over $721 million of multi-family projects and more than $175 million of additional commercial construction projects and has supervised an office staff of 25 personnel with an additional 65 in field staff.  
Mr. Kyle Crout’s (Vice President - Charleston) management expertise is in master planned developments along with his  extensive experience in teaming up with land owners and developers to effectively create and systematically plan project documents and budgets, ensuring success from design documents through project close-out. 
Mr. Brandon Yancey’s (Vice President  -  Raleigh) knowledge of site development, complex electrical assemblies, post- tensioning systems, along with a broad span of waterproofing systems and assemblies , TAUER  is placed to provide the capability necessary to successfully complete projects ranging from  single family homes and light commercial to mixed-use residential  apartments and condominiums. 

TAUER offers in-house knowledge and leadership in Green Construction with 
Mr. Gregory Power as our LEED Accredited Professional (certified by the Green Building Certification Institute) as well as assisting with the development and implication of  pre-construction and project cost estimates and detailed analyses in his role as Director of Preconstruction Services and Estimating.  Effective management is key to a successful project and Mr. Albert Cannon provides his experience in all aspects of construction projects including planning, scheduling, cost control, general supervision, and labor relations as Project Manager. 

TAUER’S Board of Directors includes its founders, Mr. Martin Posthauer and Mr. David Clements.  Over the last two decades, these Board members and TCR Southeast executives successfully completed over $2.5 billion of mixed use and multi-family ventures in addition to a number high-profile corporate, retail and academic projects.   Mr. Posthauer’s current role as Chairman of TAUER allows him to utilize this considerable experience to provide strategic marketing and support while Mr. Clements’ management expertise enables him to work in an advisory capacity as a member of the Board.
